The four product families
The PSV API is organized into four families you can verify against:
- Licenses — license, certification, and registration verification across nursing, medicine, allied health, and more, including status, dates, and disciplinary actions where boards publish them.
- Exclusions — federal and state sanction and exclusion lists, such as the OIG List of Excluded Individuals and Entities (LEIE).
- Death Master File (DMF) — checks a professional against the Social Security death records.
- Monitoring — continuous, automated re-checking of credentials so changes surface the moment they happen.
